CHOCOLATE
CAKE
INGREDIENTS
Flour
– 2 cups
Sodabicarbonate
– 1tsp.
Salt
– ¼ tsp.
Milk
– ¾ cup
Vanilla
essence – 1 tsp.
Cocoa
– 5 tsp.
Egg
– 1
Powdered
sugar – 11/4 cup
Butter
– 1/3 cup
Curd
– ½ cup
METHOD
Sift the flour and soda bicarbonate
together. Cream the butter, sugar and
the salt till light and fluffy. Add the egg and continue beating it. Mix the
cocoa in a little milk and add the cocoa and curds to it beating well. Mix the
flour and the rest of the milk. Put the mixture in a cake tin lined with
greased paper and bake at 350 F.
