Swimming




I have watched an old program on Discovery which talk's of the benefits of swimming..It keeps u from wrinkles, keep's the limb's strong till 50's one can be as strong as early 30's. Keep's the mind active, increasing metabolism. Even autistic are children healed through  hour's of swimming...as it activates the brain. Keep's the skin hydrated (moisturized with water retention). Give's a natural shape, toning hands, stomach and thighs. For the amount of work out's one has to do to tone body muscles. If u have ever worked out, u will know..How they frame exercise for each muscle to tone..Learning swimming, atleast for an hour in a day, repeat it till it becomes a habit. Take care and thank u.
