Most actress look so beautiful, but looking and sensing their stressed out life, it is noticeable that mere hardwork keeps them so pretty. Mind strong, asserting inner happiness by consciously eating protein filled food, drinking 8 glasses of water, keeping you're bowels cleansed well..power yoga, jogging, walking, swimming, writing and relieving mind troubles..A conscious decision to be happy and beautiful...Weight problems, once a ayurvedic doctor told me, when u think unhappy stressed thoughts the chemical secretions in the mind is imbalanced, it hurts thyroid functions, and that hurts the normal functioning of liver, metabolism in the body. Besides those chemicals settle mostly in the arms, thighs and stomach..which women think fat. Exercise, good sex are some of the ways to flush out stress hormones..So live well, and look beautiful. Good products are the core of beauty...Love.
